This winter our Riesling seminar includes wines from Alsace, Germany, Austria, Australia and the US to show you the wide spectrum Riesling is capable of. We'll taste both dry and sweeter styles while discussing how Rieslings show differently from each region. The differences are so distinct that at the end of the seminar you'll have a clear idea of their distinguishing features which comes in quite handy when picking a Riesling for a particular dish.
